Americana

I have ventured back into the world of needlepoint and counted canvas designs.  I have gone back and forth, back and forth many times between counted canvas and cross stitch.  Counted canvas usually winds up hurting my hands.  But I bought some finger pads, am using a smaller needle, and just taking my time.  So far, so good.

I started Needle Delights Originals Color Delights - Americana, in celebration of the upcoming 4th of July holiday.  

And I have my eye on a few other designs, one of them being this Cyber Class offered by Laura J. Perin, Orange Blossom Time.
