Progress and Coffee...

I had a Keurig for a few years and it finally went belly up.  So, I went back to a normal coffee pot, but it just was not the same.  While in Walmart yesterday I saw a Keurig type machine made by Hamilton Beach for only $49.99 that used both K-cups and regular coffee grounds, if you so choose.

I had read a few reviews that said it spit and sputtered.  Well, I have used this twice so far and it did spit and sputter a bit, but so does a Keurig.  It is not a disadvantage for me.  I just wipe up the sputters and get on with my day.  And, oh, does a K-cup taste so much better, at least to me, than making a whole pot of coffee!

And I was able to try the Mocha Latte set by Gevalia where you pour a chocolate powder packet in your cup and then brew a K-cup over that.  Delicioso!!

And I started Country Cottage Needleworks It's Snow Cold on Friday with the recommended DMC and Lakeside Linens 28 count Vintage Light Exemplar linen.

Until next time...
