My new needlework stand!!!

I purchased a K's Creations stainless steel needlework stand last week on eBay.  It arrived yesterday.  I took some different pics so you can see where everything goes.  I also purchased the clip on light from an online retailer for only $13.  I have had a floor lamp for about 7 years, but it was very high above my head and blinded me whenever I looked around, and the space where I have everything, my office, is very small, so I need to make the best use of the space I do have.  This clip-on lamp is great!  Mighty Bright makes it.

The ONLY problem I have with this stand is that when I swing the arm around out of the way when I am done stitching the entire stand will topple over, hence my hand weights on the base.  Voila!  Problem solved.
